Throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, the Horace Hagedorn Foundation provides grants to creative community and public-private initiatives that work to diminish tensions between established residents and newly arrived immigrants.

 

National Strategy

Failed national immigration policies are the root causes behind many of the tensions experienced across Long Island.  The Horace Hagedorn Foundation therefore supports initiatives and organizations throughout the nation that work strategically to repair these broken systems.
